Today's post is a "tag" (but more of just a survey) that Jamie from The Perpetual Page-Turner blog (http://www.perpetualpageturner.com/) created that looked like a lot of fun. It is an A - Z survey, where there are bookish questions associated with each letter of the alphabet and you have to answer them. Although I'm going to be putting my own twist on it by answering most the questions with graphic novels since I have read quite a few amazing ones. Some of the questions may be similar to the tag I did last week but I still think it would be fun to do. Please comment me some tags you would like to see me do in the future :)

So let's get into it!
Author You've Read The Most Books From:
Bryan Lee O'Malley! I have read all of his works and will continue to read anything he publishes in the future.
Sailor Moon: Volume Two by Naoko Takeuchi. I'm currently reading the series and the second installment was definitely the best sequel I've read so far.
Currently Reading:
Sailor Moon: Volume Three by Naoko Takeuchi. Pretty obvious why my answer was Sailor Moon for the last question.
Drink Of Choice While Reading:
Water. I don't normally drink or eat much while reading but I do like to keep water near by.
E-Reader Or Physical Book:
Physical book. I do use my tablet a lot to read comics and graphic novels but I much prefer to have a physical copy with me. Nothing beats the feeling of hold a book.
Scott Pilgrim. From graphic novels, I would definitely have to choose Scott because he is funny , talented, dorky and a bit of a bad ass. Although he also has a bunch of flaws but if you have read the books, you will know what kind of person he can be.
Noughts & Crosses by Malorie Blackman and John Aggs. I never intended on picking up the book even after hearing great reviews. So when the graphic novel got released I figured I should give it a shot. I absolutely loved it.
Will & Whit by Laura Lee Gulledge. A fantastic graphic novel with beautiful illustration and a moving story. Everyone needs to read it.
Important Moment In Your Reading Life:
Discovering Booktube/Bookstagram. These two platforms have changed my life by inspiring me and motivating me to make my own blog and bookstagram. Without these two sites, I probably wouldn't be who I am today as a reader.
Username: Evie by Joe Sugg. Besides the Sailor Moon series, the last book I read was this debut graphic novel by Joe Sugg who is a very popular youtuber.
Kinds Of Books You Won't Read:
Gruesome and overly graphic books. I'm quite an open person when it comes to reading graphic novels but I just get uncomfortable viewing gruesome scenes so I try to avoid books that would obviously have this kind of content. There is only so much I can handle.
The Sculptor By Scott McCloud. It is probably the longest graphic novel I own at 488 pages long.
Major Book Hangover Because Of:
The Joker: Death Of The Family by Scott Snyder & Various Artists. I don't normally get book hangovers with graphic novels but this story arc was so fast paced and deep that I was caught off guard when I finished it. I took a little break from graphic novels after it, just to let the story sink in a bit.
Number Of Book Cases You Own:
8 book cases. I have room dedicated to just my books and so I have 6 in there and the other 2 are in my room. I will hopefully be getting more bookshelves this year.
Drama by Raina Telgemeier. I don't normally re-read books but I think this might be one of the only exceptions when it comes to graphic novels. I absolutely love the story and wish I could relive the feelings I had the first time I read it.
Preferred Place To Read:
On my bed. I am most comfortable when I am sitting on my bed with a book in hand and music playing in the background.
"I know, I know, I can't be Jane Eyre anymore. I have to make things happen myself...It's up to me to grow my own beanstalk if I want to climb anywhere." ~ Paige from Page By Paige by Laura Lee Gulledge.
Reading Regret:
Not reading enough manga. It's not really until now that I actually started reading manga in the Japanese style. I used to feel uncomfortable and think I would get confused too much whilst reading and so I would avoid it and just find editions in the westernised style. I now see that that is not the case. I wish i would of started reading them earlier.
Series You Started And Need To Finish (All Books Are Out In the Series):
Bone Series by Jeff Smith. There is a total of 9 books in the series as well as spin off volumes. I have read the first five volumes and have yet to pick up the other volumes. I really need to finish this series and find out how it concludes.
Three Of Your All-Time Favourite Books:
Through The Woods by Emily Carroll, Seconds by Bryan Lee O'Malley & The Batman Adventures: Mad Love by Paul Dini & Bruce Timm. Everyone should check them out.
Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. I will never apologise for loving Twilight even with all the hate and mockery it gets. I'll always love this series.
Very Excited For This Release More Than All The Others:
Ghosts by Raina Telgemeier. She is one of my favourite graphic novelists and I am so excited for this to be released.
Worst Bookish Habit:
Starting series and not finishing them. I have so many comic book series that I have started and am really enjoying but have yet to get caught up/ finish. This is probably why I like reading standalones more.
Baba Yaga's Assistant By Marika McCoola & Emily Carroll. I have 2 shelves that hold my graphic novels, so I just did the one with the books I've read.
Adventure Time: The Enchiridion & Marcy's Super Secret Book By Martin Olson & Various Artists. So I haven't bought any new graphic novels this month but here is the last book I bought that kind of relates to graphic novels.
Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children By Ransom Riggs & Cassandra Jean. A great graphic novel that made me not want to sleep until I finished it. It was totally worth it in the end.
Well that is the A - Z Bookish Survey Tag. If any of you do this tag, please send me a link so I can read your answers.
Hope you are all having a great day!
~Louise
